WHAT ENTITLES ME TO MAKE A CLAIM FOR COMPENSATION

 

As long as in the last three years you have sustained an accident injury that wasn't your fault; you could be entitled to compensation. Our specialist consultants will determine whether you are entitled to make a claim.

 

HOW MUCH WILL I GET

 

You will receive 100% of all the compensation with nothing taken away or any hidden extras. The amount of compensation you are entitled to is dependent on a number of factors, mainly the extent and severity of the injuries received.  The more injuries you have received, the more compensation you are likely to get.  The compensation scale generally ranges from £1000 upwards.

 

WILL I HAVE TO PAY ANYTHING?
